How to Claim on Your Personal Protection Plan

When you applied for your DirectAxis Personal Loan, you had the option to take out Credit Life cover.

Should you need to make a claim on your cover, here’s how:

  1. Contact DirectAxis claims department on 0217643000 or email within 180 days, from the date of the event giving rise to the claim.
  2. Send all relevant information and details regarding the claim – in writing – together with all supporting documents within 90 days from the date of notification. You can send your documents to
